These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website and services operated by Truth Awakening Publishing LLC ("Truth Awakening Publishing," "we," "us," or "our"), including our dream interpretation content, Guided Prayer Assistant, interest survey, and any related products or subscriptions (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
Dream interpretations, symbol meanings, and related content provided through the Service are offered for informational, educational, and inspirational purposes only. They reflect a biblical/spiritual perspective and are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice. You should not rely on any interpretation as the sole basis for a major life decision.
Interpretations are prepared with the help of artificial intelligence and our biblical interpretive framework, and they may be incomplete or wrong. They are not infallible prophecy, factual proof about another person, or a substitute for Scripture, prayer, or wise counsel. Some dreams are set aside automatically for personal review before a response is sent. Membership does not entitle you to personal, individual interpretation on a regular or daily basis.
Certain features of the Service may require payment. All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment processor, Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms in addition to these Terms. Prices, subscription terms, and billing cycles will be disclosed to you at the time of purchase.
Unless otherwise stated at checkout, subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your account or by contacting us; cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
Free trial and automatic renewal. The All-Access Membership begins with a 7-day free trial. When the trial ends, your payment method is charged $29.99, and your membership then renews automatically every month at $29.99 until you cancel. By starting a trial, you authorize us, through Stripe, to make those charges.
Guided Prayer subscription. The Guided Prayer subscription is separate from the All-Access Membership. It begins with a 7-day free trial and then costs $29.99 per month. If you also have an active All-Access Membership, the Guided Prayer subscription costs $14.99 per month instead. The free trial is available once per customer; if you have had a Guided Prayer subscription before, billing starts when you subscribe. During the free trial you may use every Guided Prayer feature, with up to 3 prayer requests per day; unlimited prayer requests begin once the paid subscription starts. When the trial ends, your payment method is charged, and the subscription then renews automatically every month until you cancel. By starting a trial, you authorize us, through Stripe, to make those charges.
Guided Prayer member price. The $14.99 price applies only while your All-Access Membership remains active. If your All-Access Membership ends for any reason, your Guided Prayer subscription changes to $29.99 per month starting with your next billing date. If you later start an All-Access Membership while subscribed to Guided Prayer, your Guided Prayer price changes to $14.99 per month starting with your next billing date. No partial-month charges or credits are made for these changes.
Cancelling. You can cancel either subscription at any time using the "Manage or Cancel Subscription" link on our membership page. Each subscription is cancelled separately. Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not refund a payment that has already been made. If you cancel during your free trial, you will not be charged and you keep access until the trial ends. If you cancel after the trial, you keep access through the end of the billing period you have already paid for. To avoid being charged for the next period, you must cancel before your renewal date.
Failed payments. If a payment fails, Stripe may try your payment method again several times over a period of days or weeks and may email you asking you to update it. Access to membership features may be paused while a payment is unpaid, and your subscription may be cancelled if payment is not received.
Price changes. We may change the membership price or features. We will give you notice before a price change applies to you, and you may cancel before it takes effect.
All sales are final. Once a service or subscription has been purchased, it is rendered available to you, and no refunds will be issued — including if you do not use the service, forget to use it, or change your mind after payment. It is your responsibility to make use of the services you have purchased within the applicable access period. Payment does not guarantee use; it guarantees access.
Fees charged help cover the time spent maintaining the Site, keeping the symbol dictionary accurate and up to date, and adding new material on an ongoing basis.
From time to time, the Site or its features may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues affecting normal functionality. No refunds will be issued for any such interruption, regardless of its length. If you experience an outage or disruption, please contact us at contact@truthawakeningpub.com.
Truth Awakening Publishing is intended to guide believers in Christ in interpreting their dreams from a biblical perspective. In addition to paid services, free dream interpretation may be available on a needs and/or availability basis. To request one, contact us at dreams@truthawakeningpub.com. Free interpretations are offered at our discretion and are not guaranteed.
To use the free dream-symbol matching tool available on our homepage, you must register with your first name, last name, gender, and a valid email address. Registration is required of every visitor who wishes to use this free tool, whether or not you are also a paid subscriber.
If an email address provided at registration is later found to be undeliverable, your account will be flagged internally. We will not send further emails to an address already found undeliverable, since doing so would serve no purpose. Instead, we may leave you a message directly within the tool. That message will appear as an on-screen notice the next time you visit the Site and must be acknowledged before you can continue.
If a flagged email address is not corrected within 48 hours of being flagged, your free-tool access will be automatically suspended. Suspended access can be restored at any time by providing a valid, working email address through the Site.
We reserve the right to determine, in our discretion, whether an email address is valid or deliverable, and to suspend or terminate free-tool access for any account with a persistently invalid or undeliverable email.
Because this is a newer domain, emails from Truth Awakening Publishing — including responses to interpretation requests — may be routed to your spam or junk folder by your email provider. It is your responsibility to check these folders and to add our email address to your primary inbox or contact list so you receive future communications and responses.
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and the compilation of dream symbol meanings, is the property of Truth Awakening Publishing LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any interpretation provided will be accurate or suitable for your particular situation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Truth Awakening Publishing LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
We may modify or discontinue the Service, in whole or in part, at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time; continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Our Tech Support feature is provided to help you resolve genuine technical or account issues with the Service — for example, trouble logging in, a payment or billing question, a dream interpretation or PDF that isn't loading, or a similar issue preventing you from using a feature you're entitled to as a subscriber.
Tech Support is not a channel for requesting personal, individual dream interpretations, for reaching Admin directly outside of a genuine technical issue, or for bypassing the normal dream submission process described elsewhere on the Site. Requests submitted through Tech Support that are unrelated to a technical or account issue may go unanswered or be redirected.
We aim to respond to support requests as promptly as reasonably possible; however, response times are not guaranteed and may vary depending on volume and the nature of the issue. A confirmation email is sent when a request is submitted, and a notification is sent whenever we reply — see Section 7 above regarding spam and junk folders.
As with all use of the Service, communication through Tech Support is expected to remain respectful. Abusive, threatening, harassing, or otherwise inappropriate communication will not be tolerated and may result in a ticket being closed without further response, or in restricted or terminated access to the Service.
Once a support ticket has been marked resolved or closed, it is no longer open to new messages. If the same or a related issue continues, please submit a new request.
Active subscribers can view and save eligible books from the membership library in PDF format at no additional cost, for as long as the subscription is active. Books are for your personal, non-commercial use, and you may not copy, share, upload, resell, or distribute them. The library is divided by subscription: All-Access Membership (Dream Interpretation) subscribers receive the Dream books, and Guided Prayer subscribers receive the Prayer books; subscribers to both receive both. Printed copies are not part of either subscription; physical books are sold separately at the applicable market price. Which titles are in the subscriber library may vary, and we may add or remove titles.
The Service is intended for adults. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to start a subscription or make a purchase. The Service is not directed to children under 13.
The Site invites optional gifts to support this ministry. Giving is voluntary and not required to use the Service. Gifts are not membership payments, are not refundable, and are not tax-deductible charitable contributions unless we tell you otherwise in writing.
Our Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how and why we collect it, and how it is used. By using the Service, you agree to the Privacy Policy as well as these Terms.
The Guided Prayer Assistant suggests Bible passages, explanations of those passages, and prayer suggestions to help you pray. Scripture passages are quoted from the King James Version. Verse selections, explanations, and prayer suggestions are prepared with the help of artificial intelligence; they may be incomplete or wrong, and they are not a message from God, infallible teaching, or a substitute for Scripture, prayer, your church, or wise counsel. They are not professional medical, psychological, financial, legal, or crisis advice. If you or someone else is in danger, contact emergency services right away; in the United States you can call or text 988 for crisis support.
With a free account you may make 1 Scripture lookup per day (the limit resets at midnight Eastern Time) and receive relevant Scripture and a brief prayer focus. The guided understanding steps, prayer-building tools, saved prayers and verses, PDF export, unlimited requests, the Prayer Podcast, and the digital Prayer books are part of the paid Guided Prayer subscription. During the 7-day free trial, these features are available with a limit of 3 prayer requests per day (the limit resets at midnight Eastern Time). The Dream Podcast and Dream books are part of the All-Access Membership. Prayers and verses you save are kept for your use while your subscription is active.
